Heat Transfer Rotogravure

Photo quality decoration with vibrant colors and gradation. Artwork is easy to reproduce, regardless of complexity. The best process for large print volumes but the most costly to develop. This process allows up to 9 colors in gloss or matte finish on rigid containers.

Heat Transfer Flexographic

Pantone and CMYK photo images are capable through this process on white containers only. Use of details, smaller fonts, and thin lines are limited. This process allows up to 9 colors in gloss or matte finish on rigid containers.

Heat Transfer Digital

This process works best for low volume runs with a complex design. CMYK color process is used to print the photo. Metallic inks cannot be used in this application.

Dry Offset Printing

Offset is the most basic form of printing with simple design and line art. It uses the Pantone library for production. Offset print is limited to four ink colors maximum, photographic reproduction is limited, and smaller fonts and thin lines are recommend on this form of printing.
